
Peter has been a minister in Newcastle Diocese for 33 years, and was a team vicar of St Wilfrid's in Newbiggin Hall during the eighties. He is the Bishop's Advisor in Pastoral Care and Counselling and an Honorary Canon of Newcastle Cathedral. He will continue in these roles as well as serving part-time in Chapel House. He will bring valuable experience and skill to the parish.

Mrs Jacqueline Rainford and Mrs Debbie Owens are our elected Church Wardens. They make sure the church is appropriately managed and cared for.

In addition to Church Warden, Debbie also helps with children's activities.

Mrs Barbara Perry cares efficiently for the finances and maintains audited accounts. She also helps to edit the Church Magazine 'The Star'.

Mrs Elizabeth Lattimer is our competent secretary who also helps edit 'The Star' and organises the walking group.

Mrs Dorothy Walker, a former bank employee awarded for her 'care of customers', co-ordinates the 'Outside In' Community Project fund-raising and publicity.

Rev'd Richard Ayre is a teacher who also serves locally as an Ordained Local Minister on a part-time voluntary basis.

Rev'd Anne Marr is a Deacon and a retired Mental Health Chaplain. She assists in a voluntary capacity and helps co-ordinate the 'Outside In' community project.

Rev'd Derek Marr is a retired Ordained Local Minister and helps on an occasional basis.
